Q. What if I have a warranty issue?
 
A. All Genuine BMW parts/accessories we sell carry a 2 year - unlimited mileage warranty valid at ANY BMW dealership within the US. No warranty applies to any part(s) shipped or taken outside the US. The warranty MUST be done on a repair order and diagnosed by a BMW technician through your local BMW dealership's service dept. This means unless you’re local, you must go to your local BMW dealership and have the warranty issue resolved. Make sure you hold onto your original sales receipt we enclose with every shipment, or contact us at gethelp@getbmwparts.com with your order # for a replacement invoice - you'll need it to get a BMW parts warranty done at your local BMW dealership.
